Creative Shoot at Estate on Second

Earlier this year, we had the honor of working with some fantastic creatives on a styled shoot at The Estate on Second in Santa Ana. It was wonderfully put together by Freckles and Fizz.

We first want to say that the creatives behind this shoot are some of the best in Southern California. Another highlight was we got to shoot alongside Amy Van Vlear.

The colors for the shoot can be used all year round, even though they have a darker theme and unlike the color palettes we normally shoot. The blue and green tones matched perfectly with the pink and yellow flowers. The table was adorned with multi-color candles and gold accent colors. All the details and jewel tones were tied together with a velvet tablecloth.

The Venue

The Estate on Second is an industrial-style venue located in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana. With exposed beams and worn brick, this venue is not like any other in Orange County.

The Attire

The bride wore a beautiful all-over lace off-the-shoulder ballgown from Moviani. This gown fit her like a glove. She paired the dress with beautiful gold jewelry and a trendy bridal crown. The groom wore a maroon-colored suit with black lapels from Friar Tux. If you know us, you know we LOVE colored suits. We have been fortunate enough to shoot so many grooms who wore colored suits this year!

The Florals

The flowers created by Sunrise Blooms were the perfect mix of pinks, peaches, deep red, and lavender. The greenery pulled everything together. When we tell you there were so many flowers, we are not over exaggerating!

Other Details

The lounge area from Papillon Rentals had a gorgeous pink lounge and emerald green accent chairs. We had multiple colorful cakes from Layered Cakes + Bakes, and gorgeous flat lays created by The Luminarie Co.

The details from this shoot were so unique and like nothing, we have ever seen or shot before.
