A Southern Charm Wedding Inspiration

When rustic meets southern charm, you get some of the most gorgeous summer wedding inspiration. Carissa of Positively Charming Weddings styled this stunning editorial at The Rustic Ranch in Menifee, California. This shoot was the kickoff to the summer wedding season. The details were impeccable, and the vendor team was even better!

The Flowers

There were flowers throughout the whole venue designed by The Petal Exchange. The Petal Exchange used a mixture of pink, yellow, and peach-colored flowers to create the perfect summer look. Not only was the sweetheart table adorned in flowers all along the bottom of the table the primary table also had a large flower arrangement at the base of it. The ceremony site had a large rounded arbor filled with greenery and multi-colored florals. We seriously can’t stop raving about these flowers!

The Shoot

We started the morning by shooting the flat lay details; the white shoes by Bella Belle made the colorful flowers pop on the flat lay boards. We then moved on to the tablescape, ceremony details, and of course, the fabulous dessert table created by Couture Cakery and Savvy Macs. A fun little added detail was the custom cocktails on the lounge area table. The cocktail colors matched perfectly with the theme; of course, we had to have the couple cheers and taste them during sunset. The rest of the stunning details included a mobile bar from Bubbles + Brew’s CA, a mirrored seating chart, and amazing appetizers provided by Lalu’s Catering.

The couple was real, and they were so in love, it made the shoot 10x better! We laughed the whole time; the sunset was gorgeous, and best of all, there were yard games to play from Outdoor Luxury Events!
